ANALOG IAS Academy ("we", "us") operates analogeducation.in. This page explains what information we collect from visitors and how it is used.

Information we collect

Analytics data. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site: pages viewed, time spent, approximate location (city or country), and the device and browser used. We have enabled Google Signals, which lets Google Analytics report aggregated demographic and interest data (such as age range, gender and interest categories) for visitors who have ad personalisation turned on in their Google Account, and lets us see cross-device activity for signed-in Google users. We see this data only in aggregate; it does not identify you individually.

Information you give us. If you fill in a form on this site or share your details with the site's chat assistant, we collect what you submit, such as your name, email address, WhatsApp number and course interest. We use it only to respond to you, send the free material you asked for, and share relevant information about the Mathematics Optional course. We do not buy or use third-party contact lists, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

Where your information is kept

Enquiry details are stored in our own Google account (Google Sheets and Gmail), which Google processes on our behalf. Course purchases happen on our course store hosted by Classplus (kawrd.courses.store); payment and account details you give there are handled under Classplus's own privacy policy.

Google Analytics and Google Signals

Because Google Signals is enabled, Google may also use this data in its own advertising products, for example to show you more relevant ads elsewhere or for remarketing. That processing is Google's, governed by Google's own privacy policy.

Your choices. You can opt out at any time:

• Turn off ad personalisation in your Google Account: adssettings.google.com
• Opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google's browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings

Heatmaps and session behaviour. We also use Microsoft Clarity to see, in aggregate, how visitors scroll, click and move through the page (heatmaps) and to record anonymised sessions of site usage, so we can improve the page and our campaigns. Clarity automatically masks text you type into form fields and other sensitive content. You can opt out using the same browser controls listed above, or read Microsoft's Clarity privacy statement at clarity.microsoft.com/privacy.

Cookies

This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to recognise repeat visits and measure how the site is used. We do not use cookies for any other purpose.

How long we keep data, and your rights

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond to you, or as required by law. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent to being contacted, by writing to [email protected].
